Sponsor:                                           Experienced & Credit Worthy

Recourse:                                        Full/Partial/None (Bad Boy Carve Outs)

Closing:                                            15-45 days (Value Add/Acquisition) - 45-90 days (Construction)

Property Types;                                Multi-Family, Retail, Industrial, Office, Hospitality, Assisted Living, Mobile Home Parks, Self Storage
